摘要
目的探讨长链非编码RNA BANCR在三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)中的表达及临床意义。方法应用实时定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)法检测2011年1月至2015年12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院110例TNBC患者肿瘤组织中和相应的癌旁组织中BANCR的表达,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析患者总生存率(overall survival,OS),应用单因素和多因素Cox比例风险回归模型评估TNBC患者临床病理特征与临床预后之间的关系。结果BANCR在TNBC中的表达高于癌旁组织[(2.512±0.857)vs(1.201±0.721)],差异有统计学意义(t=8.666,P<0.01)。BNACR表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(χ^(2)分别为18.084、14.589,P<0.01),与患者年龄、肿瘤直径及绝经状况无关(P>0.05)。随访结果显示,BNACR高表达组患者预后比低表达组差(P<0.05)。TNBC中TNM分期、淋巴结转移及BNACR高表达均为影响患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论BANCR在TNBC中显著性表达升高,可能与TNBC的发生发展密切相关,且影响患者临床预后。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long chain non-coding RNA BANCR in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods The expression of BANCR in tumor tissue and para-carcinoma tissue of 110 TNBC patients admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2011 to December 2015 was detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Kaplan Meier was used to analyze the overall survival rate(OS).Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional risk regression models were used to evaluate the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and clinical prognosis in the patients with TNBC.Results The expression of BANCR in TNBC tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues[(2.512±0.857)vs(1.201±0.721)],with statistically significant difference(t=8.666,P<0.01).The expression of BNACR was related to TNM stage and metastasis of lymph node(χ^(2):18.084,14.589,P<0.01),while not to age,tumor diameter and menopause(P>0.05).The follow-up results showed that the prognosis of the patients with high expression of BNACR was worse than that of the patients with low expression(P<0.05).TNM stage,metastasis of lymph node and high expression of BNACR in TNBC were independent risk factors for prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The significantly high expression of BANCR in TNBC may be closely related to the occurrence and development of TNBC,affecting the clinical prognosis of the patients.
