基于Web of Science数据库癌症循证护理文献计量学分析

摘要 目的:分析从1986年以来在Web of Science数据库中的癌症循证护理相关文献,旨在进一步提升该领域研究水平提供有力参考。方法:使用Web of Science数据库和可视化文献计量分析软件Histcite围绕癌症循证护理开展文献计量学研究。结果:共收录文献1154篇,文献发表量呈逐年上升势头,美国文献产出量排名第一,中国大陆居第九;期刊“Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing”发文量最多(9.272%);研究方向主要为护理学(47.747%),此领域的研究成果输出类型主要是论文(74.437%),Yates等是这个领域的高产作者,科研院校是研究的主力军。结论:关于癌症循证护理的研究在我国起步相对迟缓,与该领域的领军者美国相比还有巨大的差距。研究者之间应相互借鉴学习,加深对已有研究成果的认识,加强国内国际间合作。 Objective:To analyze cancer evidence-based nursing-related literature in the Web of Science database since 1986,so as toprovide powerful references for further improving the research level in this field.Methods:The Web of Science database and Histcite software(a visual bibliometric analysis software)were used to carry out the bibliometric research on cancer evidence-based nursing.Results:A total of 1154 articles were collected,and the number of publications was increasing year by year.The number of literature in the United States ranked the first,and China's Mainland ranked the ninth;the number of publications was the most in the journal"Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing"(9.272%);the research direction mainly focused on nursing(47.747%).The output type of research results in this field wasmainly papers(74.437%).Yates were the highly productive authors in this field,and scientific research institutions were the main research force.Conclusions:The research on cancer evidence-based nursing has started relatively slowly in China,andin this field there is still a huge gap compared with the leader,the United States.Researchers should learn from each other,deepen their understanding of existing research results,and strengthenthe domestic and international cooperation.
