深圳地区部分人群糖化血红蛋白水平的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与年份、月份、性别和年龄的相关性,为糖尿病的临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取2016—2018年深圳市龙岗区人民医院的全血HbA1c数据56514例,分析HbA1c水平的影响因素。结果2016—2018年,不同年份、不同月份HbA1c水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中7月HbA1c水平最低。老年组HbA1c水平明显高于少年组、青年组和中年组(P<0.05);中年组HbA1c水平明显高于青年组(P<0.05)。女性HbA1c水平明显低于男性(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄和年份对HbA1c水平有影响(P<0.01)。结论临床医生应对不同性别、年龄患者采用差异化的糖尿病诊治标准区别对待,同时考虑各项影响HbA1c水平的因素,及时调整治疗目标及方案。 Objective To explore the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level and years,month,gender and age,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.Methods From 2016 to 2018,56514 cases of whole blood HbA1c data from Longgang district people's hospital of Shenzhen were selected,and the influencing factors of HbA1c level were analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2018,the difference of HbA1c level in different years and different months were statistically significant(P<0.01);among them,the HbA1c level was the lowest in July.The HbA1c level of the elderly group was significantly higher than that of the juvenile group,the youth group and the middle-aged group(P<0.05);the HbA1c level of the middle-aged group was significantly higher than that of the youth group(P<0.05).The HbA1c level of female was significantly lower than that of male(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,age and year had an effect on HbA1c level(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinicians should adopt differentiated diabetes diagnosis and treatment standards for patients of different genders and ages,and at the same time consider various factors that affect HbA1c levels,and adjust treatment goals and plans timely.
