摘要
为探讨科学检验理念在药品安全应急检验中的应用效果,并对药害事件的处置提供新思路,本文抽取本院检验人员30名,于2019年5月-2019年11月应用常规药品安全应急检验方式进行管理,设为常规组;于2019年12月-2020年6月应用科学检验理念进行管理,设为科学组。比较2组药品检验差错事件发生率、应急检验响应用时、应急检验能力考核成绩。结果显示,与常规组相比,科学组检验人员应急检验能力考核成绩更高、药品检验差错事件发生率更低,应急检验响应用时降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,针对药品安全常规检验,采用科学检验理念能够提升检验人员技能水平、降低药品检验差错事件发生率,缩短应急检验用时、提升应急药品检验质量水平,值得推广。
To explore the application effect of scientific inspection concept in emergency drug safety inspection,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of drug-related incidents.From May 2019 to November 2019,a total of 30 laboratory staff were selected to apply the routine drug safety emergency test as the regular group,and from December 2019 to June 2020 as the scientific test as the scientific group.The two groups were compared in the incidence of drug test errors,emergency test response time,emergency test ability test results.Compared with the routine group,the test staff in the scientific group had higher scores in emergency test ability,lower incidence of drug test errors and lower response time(P<0.05).According to the routine inspection of drug safety,the scientific inspection concept can improve the level of skills of inspectors,reduce the incidence of drug inspection errors,shorten the time for emergency inspection,and improve the quality level of emergency drug inspection,which can be popularized.
