摘要
光固化3D打印是制备高性能复杂结构陶瓷零件的一种快速成型方法。概述了陶瓷浆料制备的影响因素以及成型工程的理论基础,提出了设计陶瓷浆料达到最佳工艺性能和成型性能的限制和特性,并详细地讨论了影响这些特性的参数。
Ceramic stereolithography is a precise and high-resolution rapid prototyping method to fabricate ceramic parts with high performance and complex structure.This review summarizes the influence factors of ceramic slurry preparation and theoretical background of photopolymerization of ceramic resins.The constraints and characteristics of ceramic slurry designed to achieve the optimal process performance and photo-curability are presented,and the parameters that can affect these properties are discussed in detail.
