摘要
目的探讨交锁髓内钉内固定术对创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折愈合的影响。方法选取四川大学华西广安医院骨科2019年1月至2020年6月间收治的87例创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者,按不同手术方式分为两组,即髓内钉组45例,行交锁髓内钉内固定术;钢板组42例,行钢板内固定术。评估患者术后骨折愈合质量,统计其骨折愈合时间以及关节功能恢复评分。结果髓内钉组手术时间、术后引流量、住院时间及下床无负重活动时间均低于钢板组,术后骨折愈合时间短于钢板组,骨折骨性愈合发生率(82.22%)高于钢板组(59.52%),关节功能评分高于钢板组(P<0.05)。髓内钉组术后并发症发生率(4.44%)低于钢板组(17.78%)。结论交锁髓内钉内固定术可促进创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者术后骨折尽快愈合,提高愈合质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation on fracture healing in patients with traumatic long bone fracture of lower extremity.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,87 patients with traumatic long bone fracture of lower extremity were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,i.e.intramedullary nail group(45 cases),interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation;steel plate group(42 cases),steel plate internal fixation.The quality of postoperative fracture healing was evaluated,and the fracture healing time and joint function recovery score were counted.Results The operation time,postoperative drainage,hospitalization time and no weight-bearing activity time in the intramedullary nail group were lower than those in the steel plate group.The postoperative fracture healing time was shorter than that in the steel plate group.The incidence of fracture healing was 82.22%higher than 59.52%in the steel plate group,and the score of joint function was higher than that in the steel plate group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the intramedullary nail group was 4.44%lower than that in the steel plate group(17.78%).Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation can promote the healing of the fracture in the patients with long tubular bone fracture of the lower extremity and improve the quality of the healing.
