基于有效切口应力方法的薄板焊接接头疲劳评估 被引量:1

摘要 由于焊接缺陷和实际焊缝几何形状的影响,薄板焊接结构焊趾处会存在明显的应力奇异效应,运用基于应力场的疲劳评估方法对薄板焊接结构进行疲劳评估时,通常会得到较大的分散带指数,不利于焊接结构的抗疲劳设计.为此文中运用有限单元方法对镁铝合金薄板模型焊趾角平分线上的应力场进行了计算,并引入适当的有效应力在局部切口应力和疲劳强度之间建立对应关系.经讨论疲劳强度在微观尺度上的变化,得到了一个最佳的结构连接处虚拟半径与相较采用传统切口应力法更小的分散带,验证了该方法的有效性. Due to the influence of welding defects and actual weld geometry,there will be obvious stress singularity effect at the weld toe of thin plate welded structure.When the fatigue assessment method based on stress field was used to evaluate the fatigue of thin plate welded structures,a large scatter band index was usually obtained,which is not conducive to the anti-fatigue design of welded structures.In this paper,the stress field on the bisector of welding toe angle of magnesium-aluminum alloy sheet model was analyzed by finite element method,and the corresponding relationship between local notch stress and fatigue strength was established by introducing appropriate effective stress.By discussing the variation of fatigue strength in micro-scale,an optimal virtual radius of structural joint was obtained.Compared with the traditional notch stress method,the virtual radius fatigue evaluation results have smaller dispersion band,which verifies the effectiveness of this method.
