摘要 资源建设是未来图书馆提高服务质量的关键所在,在资源建设的同时也应关注图书馆硬件设施的提升,尤其是在图书馆使用频率较高的情况下容易出现座位量不足的问题,这更要求图书馆加强基础设施的建设。在用户体验的背景下提升图书馆的服务质量还需要关注用户的个性化需求,为用户提供个性化服务。 This paper takes the improvement of the service quality of university libraries in Henan Province as the research theme,constructs an evaluation index system on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,and calculates the weight situation of each index by using entropy method.The results show that both teachers and students attach great importance to the abundance of library resources,and resource construction is the key to improve the service quality of libraries in the future.At the same time,attention should be paid to the improvement of library hardware facilities,especially in the case of high frequency of library use,the problem of insufficient seats is likely to occur,which requires the library to strengthen the construction of infrastructure.Under the background of user experience,to improve the service quality of library also needs to pay attention to the personalized needs of users,to provide users with personalized services.
