云南电力发展存在问题与未来新型电力系统发展建议 被引量:5

摘要 截至2020年底,云南电源装机已超过1亿千瓦,以水电为主的电源结构存在与省内用电负荷不匹配的固有矛盾,同时云南电力供需不平衡问题比较突出,随着全国碳中和目标的进一步推进以及新型电力系统的构建,在大力推进新能源建设的同时,结合云南电力发展存在问题,建议加强系统调节能力建设,提高系统对新能源的接纳能力,省内省外市场协调发展,重视电源建设与产业协调发展。 By the end of 2020,the installed power supply in Yunnan had exceeded 100 million kilowatts.The power supply structure,which is mainly composed of hydropower,has an inherent contradiction of mismatch with the power load used in the province.At the same time,the imbalance between power supply and demand in Yunnan is quite prominent,with the further promotion of the national carbon-neutral target and the construction of a new type of power system,while vigorously promoting the construction of new energy sources,and taking into account the existing problems in Yunnan’s power development,it is proposed to strengthen the capacity building of system regulation,improve the system to accept the capacity of energy,provincial and provincial market coordinated development,pay attention to power construction and industrial coordinated development.
