摘要
文章采用叙事研究的方法,分析了一位脑瘫大学生从大学毕业求职四处碰壁,心力交瘁,到经历十几轮面试之后,逐渐利用互联网找到适合自己居家就业模式的就业历程。研究表明:脑瘫大学生在互联网居家就业的过程中,不仅需要坚定的就业信念,还要坚持终身学习,不断提升专业知识和技能,充分利用环境中的各种支持。互联网有助于脑瘫大学生克服行动不便和语言交流的障碍,是实现居家就业的助推器。
This paper uses the method of narrative research to analyze a young man with cerebral palsy who has been exhausted from his college graduation and found a suitable home employment mode by using the Internet after more than ten rounds of interviews.Research shows that:in the process of home employment on the Internet,college students with cerebral palsy need not only firm employment belief,but also adhere to lifelong learning,constantly improve their professional knowledge and skills,and make full use of all kinds of support in the environment.Internet is helpful to overcome the obstacles of mobility and language communication of cerebral palsy college students,and it is a booster to achieve home employment.
