摘要
制备了壳聚糖-膨润土复合材料,对模拟有机染料废水罗丹明B(RhB)进行吸附研究,并对壳聚糖-膨润土复合材料进行了红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)结构表征。考察了复合材料用量、pH、吸附时间及RhB初始浓度对吸附脱色的影响,并进行了脱附实验研究。结果表明:在20℃,pH为3,壳聚糖-膨润土复合材料80 mg,吸附时间1 h,RhB初始浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)时,吸附脱色率高达99.6%;壳聚糖-膨润土复合材料对RhB的吸附与Langmuir方程拟合良好,R^(2)>0.99,该吸附过程遵循Lagergren准二级动力学模型,说明复合材料的吸附过程受到化学吸附的控制,且其吸附行为以单层吸附为主;当pH为13时脱附效果最好,脱附率可达65%以上。
Chitosan-bentonite composite was prepared and the adsorption of RhB from the simulated organic dye rhodamine B(RhB)wastewater was studied.The structure of chitosan-bentonite composite was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),x-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The influence of Composite dosage,pH,adsorption time,and initial concentration of RhB on the adsorption decolorizatio was investigated and the desorption experiment was studied as well.The results showed that the decolorization rate was up to 99.6%,when temperature was 20℃,pH was 3,Chitosan-bentonite composite dosage was 80 mg,the adsorption time was 1 h and the initial concentration of RhB was 50 mol·L^(-1).The adsorption of RhB by composite adsorbent fitted with Langmuir equation,R^(2)>0.99 and followed Lagergren pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,which indicated that the adsorption process of composites was controlled by chemical adsorption,and its adsorption behavior was dominated by Single-layer adsorption.In the desorption experiment,the desorption effect was best when pH was 13,and the desorption rate was over 65%.
