摘要
为探究秸秆还田与灌溉方式对春玉米根冠抗氧化能力的影响,于2019—2020年在通辽市国家现代农业科技园区进行试验,主处理为秸秆还田量,设秸秆全量还田(S+)和秸秆离田(S-),副处理为灌溉方式,设传统畦灌(F)和浅埋滴灌(D),测定春玉米吐丝期和乳熟期叶片、根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明,同一灌溉方式下,秸秆还田有利于提高叶片、根系中SOD、POD酶活性,降低MDA含量;同一秸秆还田量下,浅埋滴灌较传统畦灌有利于提高叶片、根系中SOD、POD酶活性,降低MDA含量;秸秆全量还田浅埋滴灌下玉米根系、叶片抗氧化能力最强.综上,秸秆还田、浅埋滴灌对提高春玉米叶片、根系抗氧化酶活性均有促进作用,秸秆全量还田浅埋滴灌种植方式为提高春玉米抗氧化能力最适宜种植方式.
In order to explore the effects of straw returning and irrigation methods on the antioxidant capacity of spring maize roots and caps,experiments were carried out in Tongliao national modern agricultural science and technology park from 2019 to 2020.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in leaves and roots of spring maize at silking stage and milk ripening stage were measured and the primary treatment was straw returning(S+)and straw leaving(S-),and the secondary treatment was irrigation,including traditional border irrigation(F)and shallow buried drip irrigation(D).The results showed that straw returning was beneficial to improve the enzyme activities of SOD and POD in leaves and roots and reduced the content of MDA under the same irrigation method.Compared with traditional border irrigation,shallow buried drip irrigation could improve SOD and POD enzyme activities in leaves and roots,and reduce MDA content under the same straw returning amount.The antioxidant ability of maize roots and leaves was the strongest under full straw returning and shallow burying drip irrigation.In conclusion,straw returning and shallow burying drip irrigation can promote the antioxidant enzyme activities of spring maize leaves and roots.The planting method of straw returning and shallow burying drip irrigation is the most suitable planting method to improve the antioxidant capacity of spring maize.
