摘要
牙周病是影响口腔健康和生活质量的常见口腔疾病之一,重度牙周炎常伴发牙齿松动、移位甚或牙齿脱落导致牙列缺损等问题,若同时合并错[牙合]畸形,其治疗将是一个长期、复杂的过程,需要口腔多专业的联合治疗。随着患者对美观和生活质量要求的不断提高,针对伴有错[牙合]畸形和牙列缺损的重度牙周炎,其治疗目标已不仅局限于恢复健康,还包括在此基础之上重建完整牙列及其所具有的咬合功能和美观。文章展示了1例广泛型Ⅲ期C级牙周炎患者通过包括牙周基础治疗、正畸治疗、种植修复治疗在内的多学科联合治疗,获得满意的、口腔功能和美观改善的诊疗效果,以期为临床复杂病例的多学科综合诊疗积累一定的经验。
Periodontitis is one of the most common oral diseases adversely affecting patients′oral health as well as its related quality of life. Patients with severe periodontitis are always troubled by tooth mobility,displacement and even tooth loss,of which management will require comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment and take a long time especially companied by malocclusion. With people′s requirements for facial esthetics and life quality increased,the treatment goal of severe periodontitis with malocclusion and dentition defect is not only limited to the recovery of oral health,but also rehabilitation of oral function and smile esthetics with complete dentition. This article displays the multidisciplinary treatment procedures including initial periodontal therapy,orthodontic treatment,and implant therapy of a patient with gener-alized stage Ⅲ grade C periodontitis who obtained satisfactory clinical outcomes with periodontal health,oral function and esthetics,which is expected to provide clinical experience for comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of complicated cases.
