摘要
为了保障我国的矿产资源供应安全,从国外获得足够的矿产资源成为资源型企业的重要使命。本文首先通过调研分析了资源型企业对地球科学与商务复合型国际人才的需求;然后,以专业知识和能力需求为基础,提出了人才的培养目标、培养方案和课程体系,以及专业和方向的设置。最后,从师资队伍建设、实习基地建设、国际合作培训、教学方式改革等四个方面提出了人才培养的实现途径。
In order to ensure the safety of China’s mineral resources supply, it is an important mission for resourcebased enterprises to obtain sufficient mineral resources from abroad. Firstly, this paper analyzes the demand of resource-based enterprises for interdisciplinary talents in Earth Science and business;Then, based on the demand of knowledge and ability, it puts forward the training objectives, training programs, curriculum system, specialty and direction of talents. Finally, four aspects of talent training approach, the construction of teaching staff, the construction of practice base, international cooperation training and teaching reform, are put forward.
