摘要
目的:初步研究禺毛茛的化学成分类型。方法:采用化学反应鉴别法对禺毛茛进行化学成分类型初步分析。结果:禺毛茛可能含有鞣质、氨基酸、糖苷类、有机酸类、黄酮类、醌类、香豆素及内酯类、强心苷类、酚类和萜类等化学成分。结论:禺毛茛含有多种生物活性成分,有良好的开发前景,可进一步对其进行化学成分及药理活性研究。
Objective: To study the chemical components of Ranunculus cantoniensis preliminarily. Method: Chemical reaction identification methods were used to identify the type of the chemical components of Ranunculus cantoniensis. Results: Ranunculus cantoniensis might contains tannins, amino acids, glycosides, organic acids, flavonoids, quinones, coumarins and lactones, cardiac glycosides, phenols and terpenes. Conclusion: It contains contains many kinds of bioactive components and has bright exploitation prospect. The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities can be further studied.
