摘要
本研究对制革污泥基本理化性质进行评测同时,在液固比为4∶1,一定浓度下中速振荡2 h的条件下,研究了柠檬酸(CTA)、醋酸(HAC)、硝酸(HNO_(3))、磷酸(H_(3)PO_(4))、氨水(NH_(3)·H_(2)O)、氢氧化钠(Na OH)、吐温80(tween80)等7种不同淋洗剂对制革污泥中总铬和六价铬的去除效果,并提出了制革污泥的处理对策。
The basic physical and chemical properties of tannery sludge were evaluated, at the same time, under the condition of liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1 and medium-speed oscillation 2 h, The removal efficiency of total chromium and hexavalent chromium from tannery sludge was researched by seven kinds of flushing solution as citric acid(CTA), acetic acid(HAC), nitric acid(HNO_(3)), phosphoric acid(H3PO4), ammonia(NH_(3)·H_(2)O), sodium hydroxide(Na OH), Tween 80(tween80), also, Countermeasures of tannery sludge treatment was proposed.
