摘要
本文简要介绍硫磺尖嘴式滴落成型工艺的工艺原理,并结合实际生产案例,阐述了该硫磺成型装置尖嘴式滴落成型机的扩能改造措施以及产品成型质量的调整方法,实现了硫磺成型装置的产能提升,使装置满足生产需求并保持长周期安全平稳运行,同时,保持较好的产品成型质量,对同类型硫磺成型装置的产能提升及产品成型质量调整具有一定借鉴作用。
This paper briefly introduces the technological principle of the sulfur-tip dripping molding process, and combining with the actual production cases, expounds the capacity expansion measures of the sulfur-tip dripping molding machine and the adjustment methods of the product molding quality, the capacity of the sulfur forming unit has been raised to meet the production demand and to maintain long-term safe and stable operation, and at the same time, to maintain better product forming quality, it can be used for reference to improve the capacity of the same type of sulfur forming equipment and adjust the product quality.
