摘要
目的分析穴位贴敷治疗对慢性咽炎患者的临床价值。方法收集2015年4月至2020年12月在我科治疗的102例慢性咽炎患者的临床资料。按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=49例,甘桔冰梅片治疗,2片/次,3次/d)与研究组(n=53例,穴位贴敷治疗,每穴1片,每贴贴敷时间为1h,两天1次),10天为一个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为92.45%,对照组总有效率(77.55%)显著低于研究组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状总积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状总积分均较治疗前下降,且研究组显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组不良反应总发生率为9.43%;对照组为4.08%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位贴敷治疗对慢性咽炎患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,且安全可靠、简便易行。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of acupoint application in the treatment of patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were admitted to our hospital and treated in our department of this hospital from April 2015 to December 2020 were collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=49 cases,Ganjubingmei tablets treatment,2 tablets/time,3 times/d)and study group(n=53 cases,acupoint application treatment,1 tablet per acupoint,48h per acupoint).One course of treatment lasted 10 days,and both groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.45%,and the total effective rate of the control group(77.55%)was significantly lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.43%in the study group and was 4.08%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application has a definite effect in the treatment of patients with chronic pharyngitis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is safe,reliable,simple and easy to implement.
