摘要
目的分析中医辨证疗法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎患者的临床价值。方法根据治疗方式将2019年8月至2020年8月本院收治的66例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者分为中医组35例(给予中医辨证疗法治疗)、西医组31例(给予消除炎症、清除中耳积液等对症治疗)。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果中医组临床总有效率高于西医组临床总有效率(P<0.05)。治疗后各组证候积分均下降,且中医组下降程度较西医组大(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PCT、CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,且中医组PCT、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于西医组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应均轻微,比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证疗法治疗对慢性分泌性中耳炎疗效显著,可减轻患者机体内炎症反应,改善临床症状,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of TCM syndrome differentiation therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic secretory otitis media.Methods According to the differences in treatment,66 patients with chronic secretory otitis media admitted to this hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were divided into 35 cases in the TCM group(treated with TCM syndrome differentiation therapy)and 31 cases in western medicine group(treated with symptomatic treatment such as eliminating inflammation and clearing middle ear effusion).The clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the TCM group was higher than the that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of each group decreased,and the decreasing in the TCM group was greater significant than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before the operation.And the levels of PCT,CRP and TNF-αin the TCM group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment were relatively mild,and there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media,can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the patient’s body,improve the clinical symptoms,and has high safety and it is worthy of promotion.
