基于数字图像技术的相似材料试样破坏试验研究

摘要 为了能够直观地反应相似材料试样表面裂隙演化的过程及裂隙的位置、形状等信息,利用沙、水泥、石膏等材料制作相似材料试样,以非接触应变测量系统观测并研究单轴压缩状态下相似材料试样破坏的全过程。试验结果表明:与传统试验方法相比,数字图像相关技术具有明显优势,以该方法得到的全场应变云图可以较好的反映相似材料试样在破坏过程中裂纹的演化特征;通过对相似材料试样表面"X"状变形集中带取测点,利用VIC-3D分析软件分析各个测点的应变曲线,得到了试样表面变形集中带的变形特征;通过对各个阶段相似材料试样径向及轴向应变速率进行比较,得到了各个阶段试样表面应变速率的变化特征。 In order to intuitively reflect the evolution process of the cracks on the surface of similar material samples and the location and shape of the cracks, sand, cement, gypsum and other materials are used to make similar material samples, and the non-contact strain measurement system is used to observe and study the uniaxial compression state, the whole process of the destruction of samples of similar materials. The test results show that compared with the traditional test method, the digital image correlation technology has obvious advantages. The full-field strain cloud image obtained by this method can better reflect the evolution characteristics of the cracks in the failure process of the similar material samples;the "X"-shaped deformation concentrated zone on the sample surface is taken to measure points, and the strain curve of each measuring point is analyzed by VIC-3 D analysis software, and the deformation characteristics of the deformation concentrated zone on the sample surface are obtained;compared with the axial strain rate, the change characteristics of the surface strain rate of the specimen at each stage are obtained.
