摘要
牙周炎、结肠炎、类风湿性关节炎等炎症性疾病困扰着越来越多的人.近年来的研究表明,各种炎症性疾病与肠道菌群之间有联系.然而,肠道细菌在这些疾病中发挥的具体的作用机制尚不清楚.本文就肠道菌群在牙周炎、结肠炎及类风湿性关节炎中的作用,及其通过饮食、益生菌及粪便移植的手段干预上述炎症后的相关研究进展进行综述.为进一步深入研究肠道菌群在各类炎症性疾病中可能发挥的作用提供方向和视角,为相关疾病的治疗提供理论依据.
Periodontitis colitis rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases of concern for more and more people in recent years,studies have shown that various inflammatory diseases and there is a link between gut bacteria,however,the intestinal bacteria play a specific role in these diseases mechanism is not clear in this paper,the intestinal flora in periodontitis colitis and the role of rheumatoid arthritis,and through diet probiotics and fecal transplants to intervene the inflammation after the related research progress were summarized.It provides direction and perspective for further study of the possible role of intestinal flora in various inflammatory diseases and theoretical basis for the treatment of related diseases.
