摘要
应对排放、节能和延长换油周期成为当今促进发动机技术不断革新的三大驱动力,发动机制造商纷纷采用机内、机外新技术来达到史上最苛刻的排放要求,进而推动着内燃机油技术不断更新换代,向着低硫磷灰分、低黏度、节能方向发展。如何在更低的黏度下保持发动机耐久性是添加剂制造商和润滑油生产商面临的巨大挑战。该研究采用3辆东风柳汽乘龙H7配套玉柴国六发动机的牵引车,装载CK-410W-40开展行车试验,通过跟踪车辆定期取样品分析,确定该油品在国六发动机上可以实现10万公里的换油期。
Coping with emissions,saving energy and extending the oil change cycle have become the three driving forces to promote the continuous innovation of engine technology,engine manufacturers have adopted in-flight and out of engine technologies to meet the most stringent emission standard in the history and then promote the continuous upgrading of internal combustion engine oil technology.It is developing towards low sulfur,phosphorus and ash,low viscosity and energy saving.How to maintain engine durability at lower viscosity is a great challenge for additive companies and lubricant producers.Yuchai Petronas adopted three Dongfeng Liuqi Chenglong H7 tractors equipped with Yuchai ChinaⅥengine and loaded CK-410W-40 engine oil to carry out the road test.According to the regularly samples analysis by tracking vehicles,it is confirmed that the oil can be changed for 100000 km on the ChinaⅥengine.
