摘要
利用单一变量法探究蒲公英经不同质量浓度纳米碳处理后的生长发育及咖啡酸含量的变化情况,观察种子的发芽情况、后期植株的生长状态以及主要成分咖啡酸含量的变化,并采用高效液相色谱检测蒲公英根和叶中的咖啡酸含量,确定了不同质量浓度纳米碳对蒲公英的生长发育以及咖啡酸含量有不同的促进作用。
A single variable was used to investigate the growth and development of dandelion after treatment with different concentrations of nanocarbon and the changes of caffeic acid content,to observe the effects on the germination potential of seeds,the growth status of plants at the later stage and the content of main components,and the content of caffeic acid in the roots and leaves of dandelion was determined by HPLC.It was determined that different carbon concentrations had different promoting effects on the growth and development of dandelion and the content of caffeic acid.
