摘要
建立了用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对化妆品油质原辅料质量进行一致性及真伪性快速鉴别的方法。将企业提供的且经确证质量较好的原辅料作为标准品,用红外光谱仪软件的Setup Library功能建立标准品的红外数据谱库,将新批次的样品与标准品的红外谱图进行对照,来判断新批次样品的真伪性及与标准品的一致性。该方法快速、简便,易于推广,适合企业作为内部质量控制方法。
A method for rapid identification of the consistency and authenticity of cosmetic oil raw materials by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was established. Take the raw and auxiliary materials provided by the enterprise and confirmed to be of good quality as the standard products. Using the setup library function of the infrared spectrometer software to establish the infrared data library of standard products. The infrared spectrum of the new batch of samples was compared with that of the standard, To identification the authenticity of the new batch of samples and the consistency with the standard. This method is fast, simple and easy to be popularized. It is suitable for enterprises as internal quality control method.
