摘要
通过对多家化工企业的生产工艺、职业病防护设施、应急救援设施、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护、个体防护等情况进行职业卫生调查,确定其存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、化学毒物、噪声,产生环节主要为原辅材料的运输、装卸及投加、产品出料包装或灌装操作、密闭空间作业、取样化验等操作过程。化工企业应从多方面采取职业病防治措施,为自身的安全生产和职业健康提供有力保障。
Through on-site investigations of the production technology,occupational disease protection facilities,mergency rescue facilities,occupational health management,occupational health monitoring and personal protection of a number of chemical plants,it is defined that the main occupational hazards of chemical enterprises are dust,poisons and noise,and the main link of their existence is the production process,such as the process of transportation,loading and unloading,adding raw materials,product discharge and packaging,pouring operating,confined space operations,sampling test,etc.Chemical enterprises should take corresponding prevention and control measures in various aspects to provide strong guarantees for the safe production and occupational health of chemical enterprises.
