摘要
乙腈优良独特的性能令其应用广泛,在食品检测中常作为提取溶剂和流动相。本文从食品中有害物质的检测出发,阐述了乙腈在农药残留检测、兽药残留检测、食品添加剂检测、污染物检测和真菌毒素检测等方面的应用,为乙腈在其他方面的应用研究提供理论依据。
Acetonitrile’s excellent and unique properties make it widely used,and it is often used as an extraction solvent and mobile phase in food testing.Starting from the detection of harmful substances in food,this article expounds the application of acetonitrile in pesticide residue detection,veterinary drug residue detection,food additive detection,pollutant detection and mycotoxin detection,and provides a theoretical basis for the application of acetonitrile in other areas.
