摘要
结合深圳某大型高层实验室案例,分析了理化、生物实验室与动物实验室中废气污染物的种类及排放强度,对比了不同废气处理工艺的优势和不足,确定以一体扰流喷淋设备作为其废气处理主要装置。阐述了一体扰流喷淋设备的具体技术应用、选型要点、屋面布局、二次排放等情况,提出了废气处理工艺和技术的改进方向。
Combined with a large high-rise laboratory case in Shenzhen,analyses the types and emission intensity of waste gas pollutants in the physical and chemical,biological laboratories and animal laboratories,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different waste gas treatment processes,and determines the integrated disturbing spray equipment as its main exhaust gas treatment device.Explains the specific technical application,key points of selection,roof layout and secondary emissions of the integrated disturbing spray equipment,and proposes the improvement direction of the waste gas treatment process and technology.
