摘要 为满足农业气象服务的需要,更好地利用用户的农业生产经验来减少不良气象条件对农业生产的影响,在移动互联网下,采用用户交互反馈气象服务相应的指标建立气象服务指标库,精准匹配气象服务产品,靶向推送用户,以实现精准农业气象服务。结果表明:该方法依托"锄禾问天"APP,通过种植区域设置、生育期调整、指标配置等交互模块进行用户需求信息的采集,运用精准匹配气象产品生成技术,提供作物生长适宜度、农业气象灾害、关键农时农事活动建议等精准农业气象服务信息,实现定制化的、有效互动的农业气象服务。该方法已在山东气象部门为农气象服务中加以应用,满足了用户对精准化农业气象服务的需求。 In order to meet the needs of agricultural meteorological services,make better use of users’agricultural production experience and reduce the impact of adverse weather conditions on agricultural production,a meteorological service index database was established based on the corresponding indicators of users’interactive feedback meteorological service under the mobile internet to provide precision meteorological service products to targeted users for precision meteorological service for agriculture.This precision meteorological service method was developed based on the"ChuheWentian"APP.With this method users’demand information is collected by setting interactive modules for planting area,growth period adjustment,index configuration,etc.,based on which meteorological service products are generated by using the technology for generation of precision matching meteorological products to provide precision meteorological service information for agricultural activities such as crop growth suitability,agrometeorological disasters,and suggestions on key agricultural activities to realize the customized and effective interactive agrometeorological service.The method has been used for the agricultural meteorological service by Shandong meteorological departments,which has met the user’s demand for precision agricultural meteorological service.
