摘要
目的识别与分析某餐厨垃圾处理项目存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,为完善设计提供必要的对策和建议。方法 2020年10月采用类比法、检查表法及经验法,对类比项目的职业病危害作业现场进行调查、采样和检测,并对该项目进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目的选址、总体布局、生产设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设计、卫生辅助用室设施等基本符合国家有关规定,类比现场硫化氢(CMAC:<0.53 mg/m^(3))、氨(CSTEL:0.30~13.97 mg/m^(3);CTWA:1.25~2.12 mg/m^(3))、二氧化硫(CSTEL:<0.60~0.78 mg/m^(3);CTWA:<0.60 mg/m^(3))和噪声(8 h等效A声级:77.60~80.70 dB)检测结果均符合职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards and hazards of a kitchen waste treatment project, so as to provide necessary countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the design. Methods Analogy, checklist and experience methods were used to investigate, sample and test the occupational hazards of the analogy project, and a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the project was conducted. Results The site selection, general layout, production equipment layout, architectural hygiene, occupational disease protection design, and auxiliary health facilities of the construction project basically complied with the relevant national regulations.The analogy on-site hydrogen sulfide(CMAC:<0.53 mg/m^(3)),ammonia(CSTEL:0.30-13.97 mg/m^(3);CTWA:1.25-2.12 mg/m^(3)),sulfur dioxide(CSTEL:<0.60-0.78 mg/m^(3);CTWA:<0.60 mg/m^(3)) and noise(8 h equivalent A sound level: 77.60-80.70 dB)test results were all in line with the occupation exposure limit requirements. Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious occupational disease hazards.
