摘要
纸质地形图经扫描得到的栅格影像图均会出现不同程度的变形,为减小这种变形,基于近景摄影测量技术,提出了一种纸质地形图数字化方法,通过非量测数码相机摄取影像,充分利用地形图均匀分布的格网控制点信息,采用一般摄影测量软件对影像数据进行空中三角测量解算并生成点云数据,对获取的像片进行特征提取和影像匹配,生成纸质地形图的数字正射影像图,再利用矢量化软件采集、编辑生成数字化地形图。研究表明:该方法简便可行,能够满足规范精度要求。
The raster images obtained by paper topographic map scanning will appear different degrees of deformation.In order to reduce this deformation,based on close-range photogrammetry technology,a paper topographic map digitization method is proposed.Take the image by non-measured digital camera,take advantage of the uniform distributed grid control point information in the topographic map.The general photogrammetry software is used to solve the aerial triangulation of the image data and generate the point cloud data,and the obtained images are used for feature extraction and image matching,the digital orthophoto map of paper topographic map is generated.Finally,the vectorization software is used to collect and edit the digital topographic map.The results show that the method is simple and feasible,and which can meet the accuracy requirements of the specification.
