摘要 讨论某大型立式油罐抗震分析中考虑液体晃动冲击的计算方法,将该晃动影响分为两部分进行计算:一部分作为附加质量施加在容器壳体上并参与模态和谱分析等常规抗震分析,另一部分转化为液体晃动对容器壳体的附加压力进行计算。将上述两部分计算结果叠加后即可得到液体冲击下容器的最终受力状况。该方法有助于设计师高效率地得到符合工程精度要求的分析计算结果。 The vibration analysis of a large vertical oil container has to consider the impact of liquid sloshing.For calculation,the liquid sloshing impact is divided into two parts:one is calculated as the additional mass applied on the container shell and involved in conventional seismic analysis like modal and spectral analysis etc.;the other part is calculated as the additional pressure on the container shell imposed by liquid sloshing.The superposition of two calculation results gives the final force condition of the large container under liquid impact.The calculation method could help designers to efficiently obtain the analysis and calculation results that meet the engineering accuracy requirements.
