摘要
针对棉织物三防功能有待提升和织物风格有效保持问题,采用自制氟硅整理剂对纯棉机织物进行三防整理。测试了整理后织物的表观形貌、拒水、拒油和防污性能,并测试织物的耐水洗和物理机械性能。结果表明:整理后棉织物的纤维表面因被氟硅聚合物覆盖而变得更为光滑,其表面的静态水接触角高达144.6°,表面抗湿等级为4级,拒油等级为4.5级,防污等级为4级;在20次洗涤循环内,仍能保持出色的拒水、拒油性能;整理后棉织物的透气性、白度和断裂强力保持良好,抗皱能力有所下降。自制整理剂的性能与市售产品相当,但其耐水洗性能仍有待提升。
In order to improve the tri-anti-finishing properties of cotton fabric and effectively maintain the original style,the surface morphology,water-repellent,oil-repellent and anti-fouling properties of cotton fabrics after finishing were tested by using self-made fluorosilicone finishing agent,and the washability,physical and mechanical properties of fabric were also investigated.After finishing,the fiber surface of cotton fabric was found to be covered with fluorosilicone polymer and became more smooth,with the static water contact angle of as high as 144.6°,surface moisture resistance grade of 4,oil resistance grade of 4.5 and antifouling grade of 4,respectively.In addition,during 20 cycles,the cotton fabric can maintain excellent water and oil repellency.After finishing,the permeability,whiteness and breaking strength of cotton fabric remained well,but the wrinkle resistance decreased.The self-made finishing agent performs equal to the market product,but the washing resistance still needs to be improved.
