Epidemiological characteristic of pathogens of acute respiratory infectious diseases in Mentougou district of Beijing,2017-2019

摘要 目的分析北京市门头沟区20l7年3月-2019年2月急性呼吸道传染病病原谱构成及流行特征,为呼吸道传染病的预防控制提供病原学依据。方法采集急性呼吸道感染病例、肺炎病例和重症肺炎病例,共609份。利用多重实时荧光定量PCR(multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction,MRT-PCR)方法对16种病毒及肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体进行检测,并利用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果609份样本中检出111份阳性样本,阳性率为18.23%。病原谱构成前2位病原体分别是流感病毒和肺炎支原体。不同季节检出的优势病原体不同,不同年龄段感染的病原谱也不同。0~4岁年龄组肺炎支原体和呼吸道合胞病毒为主;5~14岁年龄组肺炎支原体为主;15~24岁年龄组肺炎支原体和肠道病毒为主,25岁~年龄组均以流感病毒为主。结论流感病毒和肺炎支原体为门头沟区急性呼吸道感染主要病原体,呼吸道病原体流行季节有一定规律,不同年龄组易感的病原体也不同。 Objective To analyze the composition and epidemic characteristics of the pathogen spectrum of acute respiratory infectious diseases from March 20l7 to February 2019 in Mentougou district of Beijing,and to provide an etiological basis for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods A total of 609 cases of acute respiratory infection,pneumonia and severe pneumonia were collected.Sixteen viruses,mycoplasma pneumoniae and chlamydia pneumoniae were detected using multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction(MRT-PCR)method,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0.Results 111 of the 609 samples were positive,with a positive rate of 18.23%.The top two pathogens in the composition of the pathogen spectrum were influenza virus and mycoplasma pneumoniae.The predominant pathogens detected in different seasons were different and the pathogenic spectrum of infections in different age groups were different,too.For the 0-4 age group,mycoplasma pneumoniae and respiratory syncytial virus were predominant,for 5-14 age group,mycoplasma pneumoniae was predominant,for 15-24 age group,mycoplasma pneumoniae and enterovirus were predominant,and for equal to and more than 25-29 age group,influenza virus was the predominant virus.Conclusions Influenza virus and mycoplasma pneumoniae are the main pathogens of acute respiratory infections in Mentougou district.There are certain patterns in epidemic seasons of respiratory pathogens,and different age groups are susceptible to different pathogens.
