摘要
黄酮作为植物中重要的次级代谢产物,具有多种功能活性,如抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒及抗细菌感染、提高机体免疫力等,具有较高的研究价值。通过对黄酮的结构分类、生物活性及提取分离鉴定进行概述,以期对黄酮化合物的开发利用提供研究思路及参考。
As an important secondary metabolite in plants,flavonoids have a variety of functional activities,such as anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-virus and anti-bacterial infection,improving body immunity and so on.The structure classification,bioactivity,extraction,separation and identification of flavonoids were summarized in order to provide research ideas and references for the development and utilization of flavonoids.
