摘要
若将航空发动机比作人的心脏,那发动机导管则是连通各个"器官"的"血管",用于输送"血液"、"氧气"等物质的重要管道,对整体的运行发挥着至关重要的作用。为了确保正常飞行,必须确保发动机导管的正常工作,而发动机导管的工作情况,在很大程度上取决于加工设备的精度。为提高航空发动机导管的工作效率、使用寿命,本文主要论述常用导管加工设备及保障航空发动机导管加工设备精度的方法。
If the aero engine is compared to the human heart,the engine conduits is"blood vessel"connected to each"organ",used to transport"blood","oxygen"and other substances of the important pipeline,plays a vital role in the overall operation.In order to ensure the normal flight,it is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the engine conduits,and the working condition of the engine conduits,to a large extent,depends on the precision of the processing equipment.In order to improve the working efficiency and service life of the aero-engine conduit,this paper mainly discusses the commonly used conduit processing equipment and the methods to guarantee the precision of the equipment.
