摘要
针对岸端管理人员无法及时了解船舶动态及船舶数据问题,提出结合船端综合网络平台和岸端综合网络平台构成的组态监控系统方案,通过MODBUS TCP传输方式实现船岸一体化船舶监测平台。由船端综合网络平台负责采集数据与监测船舶中设备运行状态,通过LIBMODBUS通讯软件将实时数据传输至网关中,再通过传输协议将数据传输至岸端综合网络平台中实现船岸一体化监测的方案。岸端LIBMODBUS通讯软件能提供计算机仿真配合外接模拟器进行训练,使船员可以提升自我专业能力,从而达到提高管理效率、降低管理和运营成本的目的。
In order to solve the problem that the managers at the shore end cannot timely understand the ship dynamics and ship data,a configuration monitoring system scheme combining the integrated network platform at the ship end and the integrated network platform at the shore end was proposed.The method through the MODBUS TCP transport way integrates the ship shore Marine monitoring platform,first by the vessel end of network platform is responsible for collecting data and monitoring of ship equipment running status,then through LIBMODBUS communication software to transmit real-time data to the gateway,through transport protocol to transmit data to the shore end comprehensive network platform integrates ship-to-shore monitoring scheme,shore side LIBMODBUS communication software can provide the computer simulation with external training simulator,the crew can improve self professional skills.The purpose of improving management efficiency and reducing management and operation costs.
