摘要
为了有效提高造船效率,缩短造船周期,保证造船质量,将散装件先加工成组装件,组装件再拼成部件、分段的方法,通过多元化管理来实现快速造船。曲面外板的装焊也由传统的散贴改为片装,以提高工作效率,但曲面片的精度控制比较困难。笔者通过理论联系实际,软件建模配合现场施工,改进工艺,达到了有效控制精度的目标。
In order to effectively improve the shipbuilding efficiency,shorten the shipbuilding period and ensure the shipbuilding quality,the bulk parts are first processed into assembly parts,and then assembled into parts and sections,so as to realize the rapid shipbuilding through diversified management.The assembly and welding of the curved shell plate has been changed from the traditional loose mounting to the patch mounting,which effectively improves the work efficiency.However,the precision control of the curved surface patch is relatively difficult,this paper improves the technology to achieve the goal of effective control precision by combining theory with practice,software modeling with field construction.
