摘要
研究半钢子午线轮胎中钢丝圈单根缠绕结构的应用,比较其相对于根排结构的优势。试验结果表明,以1.20 HT胎圈钢丝单根缠绕结构替代0.96 HT根排结构,可以在不损失轮胎性能的情况下,降低成本,降低轮胎胎圈断裂的风险,使轮胎的安全性显著提高。
This paper studies the application of the single winding structure of the traveler in the semi-steel radial tire,and compares its advantages over the root row structure.The test results show that replacing the 0.96 HT root row structure with a single winding structure of 1.20 HT bead steel wire can reduce the cost,reduce the risk of tire bead breakage,and significantly improve the safety of the tire without losing tire performance.
