摘要
随着碳中和战略目标的提出,园区综合能源系统成为节能减排的重要载体。通过建立碳交易成本模型,将碳交易成本与园区系统运行成本结合作为园区综合能源系统经济优化调度目标,实现园区系统运行的低碳性和经济性。首先,构建碳交易成本模型,并简要分析传统碳交易机制和阶梯式碳交易机制的区别;然后,建立包含风电机组、燃气轮机、电转气设备及电锅炉的园区综合能源系统经济运行模型,以外购能源成本及碳交易成本之和作为园区系统综合运行成本进行调度分析;最后,通过设置3种不同碳交易机制场景,利用改进的PSO算法对此模型进行仿真,对比分析不同碳交易机制下的碳交易成本和系统综合运行成本,并在阶梯式碳交易机制中,分析不同碳交易价格对园区综合成本和碳交易成本的影响,从而验证了阶梯式碳交易机制有利于实现园区综合能源系统运行的经济性和低碳性。
With the introduction of the strategic goal of carbon neutrality,the integrated energy system of the park has become an important carrier for energy conservation and emission reduction.Through the establishment of a carbon transaction cost model,we combine the carbon transaction costs and park system operating costs as the goal of economic optimization and dispatch of the park's integrated energy system,so as to realize the low-carbon and economical operation of the park system.Firstly,we build a carbon transaction cost model,and briefly analyze the difference between traditional carbon trading mechanisms and tiered carbon trading mechanisms;then establish an economic operation model of the park's integrated energy system including wind turbines,gas turbines,electricity-to-gas equipment and electric boilers,and the sum of outsource energy cost and carbon transaction cost is used as the comprehensive operating cost of the park system for scheduling analysis;finally,by setting 3 different carbon trading mechanism scenarios,using the improved PSO algorithm to simulate this model,and comparing and analyzing the impact of different carbon transaction prices on the park's comprehensive costs and carbon transaction costs,thus it is verified that the tiered carbon trading mechanism is beneficial to the characteristics of economy and low carbon for the operation of the park's integrated energy system.
