摘要
目前,我国工业园区依然存在能效偏低、精细化程度不高、新能源比例不高等问题,研究工业园区多能互补综合能源服务业务方案对实现工业园区内能源梯次利用效率的最大化、优化园区整体能源结构配置、促进能源综合利用水平提升、提升园区综合经济效益具有重要意义。为探究工业园区综合能源服务特点,介绍工业园区综合能源系统的研究背景和用能特点,阐述工业园区综合能源服务常见的开发模式、盈利模式和业务模式,对国家相关能源政策进行解读,针对综合能源服务现有不足,给出业务、竞合、技术方面的发展建议,并对未来发展进行展望。
At present,there are still some problems in China's industrial parks,such as low energy efficiency,low degree of refinement and low proportion of new energy power supply.It is of great significance to study the business scheme of multi energy complementary comprehensive energy services in industrial parks for maximizing the energy utilization efficiency,optimizing the overall energy structure configuration,promoting the level of comprehensive energy utilization and enhancing the comprehensive economic benefits of industrial parks.In order to explore the characteristics of integrated energy service in industrial parks,the research background and energy consumption characteristics of integrated energy system in industrial parks were introduced.The common development mode,profit mode and business mode of comprehensive energy service in industrial parks were expounded.Then,the relevant national energy policies were interpreted.Some suggestions on the development of business,competition and cooperation,as well as technologies for integrated energy system were put forward,and the future development was discussed.
