摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定整颗鱼油胶囊中7种邻苯二甲酸酯类(Phthalate Acid Esters,PAEs)的方法。整颗鱼油胶囊经热水溶解后,采用乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂除杂,PSA和C18净化,在SIM模式下进行检测。结果表明,7种PAEs在0.01~0.2μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数R2均高于0.999,阴性样品平均加标回收率为86.4%~108.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.8%(n=6)。该方法能有效去除鱼油中DHA和EPA的干扰,适用于整颗鱼油胶囊中7种PAEs的测定。
A method for the determination of 7 PAEs in the whole fish oil capsule was established by GC-MS.After the whole fish oil capsule is dissolved in hot water,it is extracted with acetonitrile,defatted with n-hexane,purified with PSA and C18,and detected in SIM mode.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients R2 is higher than 0.999 in the range of 0.01~0.2μg·mL^(-1),the recovery of negative samples was 86.4%~108.7%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)≤4.8%(n=6).This method can effectively remove the interference of DHA and EPA in fish oil,and is suitable for the determination of 7 phthalate acid esters(PAEs)in whole fish oil capsules.
