摘要
在乐亭县二滦河河口堤堤防加固工程中,由于入海口段堤防内外侧地面附着物较多,实施阶段的征迁难度较大。现状堤防堤基主要为砂性土,且内外侧多以坑塘为主,由于多年潮位变动,受内外侧水位差影响,现状堤防堤基已经形成了较为固定的渗透通道,一旦高水位行洪时,堤防易受到渗透破坏。考虑到工程占地难度、工程投资和后期运行管理安全等多种因素,对上述范围堤防的迎水侧增设水泥土搅拌桩的垂直截渗措施,以达到减少堤防填筑断面、抵抗堤防迎水侧滑动变形和避免堤基渗透破坏的目的。
In the reinforcement project of Erluan he River Estuary dike in Laoting County,it is difficult to collect and move in the implementation stage because of the large amount of ground attachment on the inside and outside of the embankment at the entrance to the sea.The current embankment foundation is mainly sand soil,and the main internal and external sides are pit.Due to the changes of tide level for many years and influenced by the water level difference at the internal and external sides,the current embankment foundation has formed a relatively fixed seepage channel.Once the high water level flood discharge,the dike is vulnerable to seepage damage.Considering the difficulty of land occupation,project investment and safety of operation and management in the later period,the vertical seepage cut-off measures of cement soil mixing pile are added to the upstream side of the above-mentioned dike to reduce the embankment filling section,resist the sliding deformation of the upstream side of the dike and avoid the Seepage Damage of the embankment foundation.
