摘要
综述了燕山乙烯装置凝液汽提塔系统运行异常现象与危害,分析了乙烯装置凝液汽提塔系统运行异常的原因。根据塔压降及工艺参数变化,得出塔内件失效的判断。经过流程改造实现了装置不停车进行凝液汽提塔单塔停运检修,同时对凝液汽提塔系统不饱和烃聚合引起塔的内件堵塞和失效的防范措施及运行优化进行归纳总结,为同类乙烯装置长周期稳定运行提供参考。
Summarize the abnormal operation and hazards of the condensate stripper system in Yanshan ethylene plant and analyze the reasons for the abnormal operation of the condensate stripper system.According to the drop of tower pressure and the change of process parameters,the failure judgment of the tower internals has been obtained.Through the process transformation,the device has been implemented to carry out the condensate stripper single tower shutdown and maintenance without shutting down.Meanwhile,the prevention measures and operation optimization of the internal blockage and failure of the condensate stripper system caused by the polymerization of unsaturated hydrocarbons in the condensate stripper system are summed up and analyzed,providing reference for the long-term stable operation of similar ethylene plants.
