摘要
随着炼化装置设备的大型化发展,管道的工程直径随之变大,需要进行应力分析的管道也会增多,配管专业在支架的设计上面临新的挑战。为了保证管道支架受力满足应力分析要求,需要合理设计管道支架。因此,以某装置二甲苯塔塔顶管道支架、调节阀组管道支架和加热炉出口管道支架为例,讨论了管道支架的设计思路和计算方法,并总结了管道组合支架的设计步骤。
The refining industry is taking the way of large-scale installation which accompanied with monomer equipment and the diameter of pipe become larger.The pipe supports should be set up reasonably to meet the requirements of stress analysis.This paper take xylene tower pipes,control valves manifold,furnace outlet pipes as examples,discuss the steps of how to design combined supports,and provide calculation method and ideas.
