摘要
为探究不同产量潜力超级杂交稻各节间形态特征及其与抗倒伏特性之间的关系,以不同产量潜力超级杂交稻代表性品种Y两优1号、Y两优2号和Y两优900为试验材料,采用大田试验,研究了不同氮素水平对超级杂交稻各节间形态特征及其与抗倒伏特性的影响。结果表明,不同产量潜力超级杂交稻品种间倒伏指数、株高、重心高度及各节间形态指标之间的差异均达显著或极显著水平,且抗倒伏性和各节间形态指标基本表现为Y两优900最优;随施氮量的增加,各品种弯曲力矩、倒伏指数、株高和重心高度均呈逐渐增加的变化趋势,但Y两优900在不同氮素水平条件下的倒伏指数均为最低,各品种不同节间形态指标对氮素的响应也不尽相同;相关分析和冗余分析表明,倒伏指数与茎秆形态特征中的穗下第4节间壁厚和单位长度干质量关系最为密切。因此,具有较高产量潜力的超级杂交稻品种Y两优900更适合在高氮肥条件下种植,且超级杂交稻品种选育及高产栽培调控中更应关注穗下第4节间质量。
To explore the relationship between lodging resistance characteristics and internode morphological characteristics of different yield potential super hybrid rice varieties,representative varieties Y Liangyou 1,Y Liangyou 2,and Y Liangyou 900 were selected as field experiment materials to study the effects of different nitrogen levels on internode morphological characteristics and lodging resistance characteristics of super hybrid rice varieties.The results showed that the lodging index,plant height,center of gravity height and internode morphological indexes of super hybrid rice varieties of different yield potentials were significantly different,and the lodging resistance and internode morphological indexes of Y Liangyou 900 were the best.The bending moment,lodging index,plant height and center of gravity height of all cultivars increased gradually with the increase of nitrogen application rate,but the lodging index of Y Liangyou 900 was the lowest under different nitrogen levels,meanwhile the responses of different internode morphological indexes to nitrogen were different.Correlation and redundancy analysis showed that lodging index was closely related to wall thickness and dry weight per unit length of the fourth stem under the panicle.Therefore,Y Liangyou 900,a super hybrid rice variety with higher yield potential,is more suitable for planting under higher nitrogen fertilizer conditions,and more attention should be paid to the characteristics of the fourth stem under the panicle in the breeding of super hybrid rice varieties and high yield rice cultivation.
