摘要 针对目前铁路外部环境风险源监测与管理工作中存在巡检效率低、人力投入大、信息化水平低等问题,提出一种基于遥感技术的铁路外部环境风险源动态监测和管理方法,以及总体技术路线和详细实施方案,并基于二维GIS系统实现对每个风险源的全周期信息化管理。从卫星影像分辨率、卫星影像资源及卫星重返周期3个方面论证卫星遥感技术在铁路外部风险源的定期动态监测中的可行性,并通过某高铁段落沿线风险源变化检测应用进行检验。研究表明,基于遥感技术的铁路外部环境风险源动态监测及管理系统能够提高安全监管管理效率50%以上,减少一线作业人员工作量80%以上。 A method based on remote sensing technology which achieve dynamic monitoring and management of railway external environmental risk sources was proposed,aiming at coping with problems including low inspection efficiency,large manpower investment,low level of informatization in terms of monitoring and management of railway external environmental risk sources.Based on 2D GIS,the full-cycle information management for each risk source was achieved.This paper demonstrated the feasibility of satellite remote sensing technology in regular dynamic monitoring of railway external environmental risk sources from three aspects including satellite image resolution,satellite image resources and satellite return cycle.Moreover,the feasibility of the method was verified through a test application,in which risk sources was detected along a high-speed railway.Results show that the proposed railway external environmental risk sources dynamic monitoring and management system based on remote sensing technology can improve the management efficiency of safety supervision by more than 50%and reduce the workload of frontline operators by more than 80%.
