摘要
为解决运营城市轨道交通安全监测与评估成果表达不直观,缺乏标准化及信息化不足等问题,结合建筑信息模型和地理信息系统技术各自的特点,从运营城市轨道交通安全监测与评估的需求出发,通过图纸翻模、倾斜摄影建模、三维地质建模及三维激光扫描建模等手段,构建城市轨道交通三维实景模型。进而探讨临近工程规划期、施工期的运营隧道结构安全评估与监测,以及城市轨道交通保护区内违规作业巡检等内容。最后以地面、地下的三维实景模型为框架,选择合适的三维地理信息系统,完成实时监控与三维实景融合、安全监测数据多维显示及风险源图像与地图匹配等运营城市轨道交通监测与评估信息的成果表达和发布。该方法可为城市轨道交通运营维护阶段的标准化与信息化管理提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of unintuitive expression,lack of standardization and informatization in operating urban rail transit safety monitoring and evaluation,combined with the characteristics of building information model and geographic information system,a method by constructing a three-dimensional real-world model of urban rail transit by means of drawing modeling,tilt photogrammetry modeling,geological modeling and three-dimensional laser scanning modeling was proposed.Furthermore,the main monitoring and evaluation contents of the operating urban rail transit,such as safety assessment and monitoring of the operating tunnel structure during the planning and construction periods of the adjacent project,and the inspection of illegal operations in the urban rail transit protection zone,were discussed.Finally,using the three-dimensional real-world model as framework,a suitable 3D geographic information system was chosen to complete the expression and release of monitoring and evaluation results.The proposed method provides a reference for the standardization and information management in the operation and maintenance phase of urban rail transit.
