摘要
针对二维弹道修正组件控制电路优化设计过程中需要进行大量试验对电路参数进行优化的问题,提出了一种基于Simulink的二维弹道修正组件控制电路仿真方法。该方法首先建立了二维弹道修正组件控制电路仿真模型,并在无控状态下对仿真模型的准确性进行了验证;然后在磁力矩电机工作于200 r/s时,改变控制电路中负载阻值、PWM信号占空比、电容容值等参数对二维弹道修正控制电路进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:负载阻值、电容容值的改变对磁力矩电机控制力矩影响不大,应尽量选用小阻值的负载和大容值的电容,降低负载电压;PWM信号占空比10%~40%范围内,磁力矩电机控制力矩线性度较好。该方法可以用于对二维弹道修正组件控制电路参数进行优化设计。
In order to solve the problem that too much experiments were needed to optimize the circuit parameters in the optimization design process of control circuit for two-dimensional trajectory correction kit,a simulation method of control circuit for two-dimensional trajectory correction kit based on Simulink was proposed.Firstly,the control circuit simulation model for two-dimensional trajectory correction kit was established,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified under the uncontrolled state;then,when the magnetic torque motor(MTM)worked at 200 r/s,the control circuit was simulated by changing the load resistance value,PWM signal duty cycle and capacitance value in the control circuit.The simulation results showed that the change of load resistance and capacitance had little effect on the control torque of MTM,so the load with small resistance and capacitance with large capacitance should be selected as far as possible to reduce the load voltage;the linearity of control torque of MTM was better in the range of PWM signal duty cycle 10%~40%;Therefore,this method could be used to optimize the control circuit parameters of two-dimensional trajectory correction kit.
