摘要
为还原南京长江大桥人行道铺装外貌,在综合该桥作为文物桥梁钢桥面人行道铺装的特点后,初步拟定了3种方案。通过试验研究,以工程病害率、成熟程度、施工可控性、后期维养、是否忠实原外观和造价等6项评价指标对拟定方案进行综合评定,并推荐改性环氧树脂薄层铺装方案为实施方案。施工过程中优化了施工工艺,保证了施工质量和效率。改性环氧树脂薄层铺装还原了原桥风貌,具有强度高、韧性好、外观美、追随变形能力强等优点,大幅提升了原桥人行道铺装性能。经检测,铺装各项技术性能指标均满足规范要求。铺装运营2年多来,整体表现良好,改造效果明显。
In order to restore the appearance of the sidewalk pavement of the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge,three schemes were initially drafted based on the characteristics of the pavement of the steel bridge deck of the cultural relics of the bridge.Through experimental research,the proposed plan is comprehensively evaluated with 6 evaluation indicators including engineering disease rate,maturity,construction controllability,post-maintenance,faithfulness to the original appearance and cost,and modified epoxy thin-layer pavement is recommended for the implementation plan.During the construction process,the construction technology has been optimized to ensure the construction quality and efficiency.The thin-layer modified epoxy resin pavement restores the original bridge style,has the advantages of high strength,good toughness,beautiful appearance,and strong ability to follow deformation,which greatly improves the pavement performance of the original bridge sidewalk.After testing,all the technical performance indexes of the pavement meet the requirements of the specification.Over the past two years of pavement operation,the overall performance is good,and the transformation effect is obvious.
