不同等级亳白芍药材及饮片的质量评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同等级亳白芍药材及饮片的质量差异。方法参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)一部、四部对不同等级亳白芍药材及饮片进行理化指标分析;采用薄层色谱法对其进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对芍药苷含量进行测定,色谱柱为Waters XBridge C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃。结果所有样品的测定指标(水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物、二氧化硫残留量)均符合要求。所有样品在与对照品相同位置上均显相同颜色斑点。不同等级的亳白芍药材中芍药苷含量有一定差异,二级品含量最高。不同等级的亳白芍饮片中芍药苷含量差异不大。结论市场上主要以中部直径及片径划分亳白芍药材及饮片规格等级并不能客观反映其内在质量。 Objective To explore the quality differences of different grades of Paeonia radix alba in Bozhou.Methods The physical and chemical indexes of Paeonia radix alba in Bozhou were analyzed according to part one and part four of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition);the thin layer chromatography method was used to qualitatively identify the Paeonia radix alba in Bozhou;and the content of paeoniflorin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography method.Waters XBridge C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as the column,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(14:86)was used as the mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,column temperature was 30℃.Results The determination indexes of all samples(moisture,total ash,water-soluble extract,sulfur dioxide residue)were all meet the requirements.All samples showed the same color spots in the same position as the reference.The content of paeoniflorin in different grades of Paeonia radix alba in Bozhou were different,and the content of the second grade was the highest.There was little difference in paeoniflorin content among different grades of Paeonia radix alba in Bozhou.Conclusion In the market,the specification grades of medicinal materials and medicinal pieces of Paeonia radix alba in Bozhou based on the central diameter and piece diameter cannot reflect the intrinsic quality,objectively.
